Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. For the liability of service providers, § 7 (1) DDG refers to Articles 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of infringements, we remove the content concerned immediately.
